1. To empower the poor women through SHGs formation for economic, social and political self-reliance.

 2. To promote Income generation and livelihood activities among the poor women through skill development and vocational training.

 3. To reinforce the rural and urban adolescents boys and girls regarding Reproductive sexual Health’s and Rights.

 4. To help neglected, oppressed, poor, blind dependable people.

 5. To aware and sensitized the rural and urban community against female foeticide and infanticide.

 6. To do efforts for the stoppage of trafficking of women, girls and children and to rehabilitate them in the family and society.

7. To aware and sensitise the community against traditional old believes, misconceptions, myths and evils.

 8. To conduct shelter home for old aged Persons and to help them.

9. To motivate, aware and sensitize the women and children regarding their legal Rights.

 10. To conduct relief and rehabilitation activities for flood and disaster affected people.

 11. To help the poor and marginal farmers through the formation of Farmers Clubs to promote the sustainable agriculture and livelihood promotion.

12. To establish Non Formal Education Centers for drop out and educationally deprived children and to mainstreaming them on education front.

13. To conduct Family Planning Shivirs, and Mobile Van Clinic particularly in the rural areas.

 14. To aware and sensitize the rural community regarding Family Planning, HIV/AIDS, T.B., Kalaazar, Polio, Hepatitis B. and immunization   for better Health practices.

 15. To conduct Short Stay home for destitute, widows and atrocitised women and to make them self depended and to rehabilitate them in the family and society.

Highlights of activities and impacts

1.   Health and Family Welfare ProgrammeThe Organization has provided health services to poor and weaker sections of society. Free distribution of condom medicine and free health check up camps is being organized by the organization. Awareness camp on family welfare special emphasis on adoption of small family norms is being implemented. About two thousand people received health services offered by physician health worker and members of the organization Two Thousand People are benefited with health services. The community people are well aware and sensitized on Family welfare norms. This programme has created positive environment among the poor and weaker section of society on the importance of leading healthy life. The health check up camp has benefited the community to create awareness among them regarding the different disease and their treatment for becoming cure from the disease and to maintain the healthy life. The community is benefited with Free checkup and free medicine services through this programme.
2.   Women and Child Welfare ProgrammeThe organization has conducted women welfare programme with the help of some experts and trained persons who are associated with our organization in different villages. The experts and trained persons educated them on different issues such as women diseases, symptoms and precaution in pregnancy period, family planning, children and their nutrition, vaccination on sanitation. A number of women get benefited in this programme The women are aware and sensitized on women diseases, symptoms and precaution in pregnancy period, family planning, children and their nutrition, vaccination on sanitation. The women are benefited with the proper knowledge and practices of these issues in the daily practices of life.
3.   Cultural Programme The organization often conducts cultural programmers for the healthy entertainment of the rural people. The village people are deprived of this facility in order to facilitate the people with healthy entertainment the organization arranges dramas, dance, concerts, lectures and video-film shows in Bihar on the occasion of Independence Day, Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday, Republic Day, Teachers Day, Children’s Day, International Women’s Day, labours day and other important festivals, Holi Mahotsava was also organized by the organization in which prizes were distributed. The rural people have proper understanding regarding the importance of entertainment such as dramas, dance, concerts, lectures and video-film shows. Apart from this they have proper awareness and perception regarding the importance and value of Independence Day, Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday, Republic Day, Teachers Day, Children’s Day, International Women’s Day, labours day and other important festivals, Holi Mahotsava. This programme created positive and effective environment among the rural people regarding the importance and essence of cultural programme in human life
4.   Handicapped Welfare Programme The organization provided the handicapped people with the Proper Education and Vocational Training. Fifty people were benefited by this scheme. The handicapped people’s problems were discussed and their solution thought. Survey work for the identification of handicapped people were also carried on This programme has created awareness and sensitization among the handicapped people regarding their rights in the society. Apart from this they have proper understanding and perception on different Govt. Schemes being implemented by the Govt. for the welfare of handicapped people. They have also come to know regarding their problem in general life and how that could be solved in their better interest.
5.   Heath Check up CampThe organization is conducting free health check up camp for providing health services to poor and weaker section of the society. Free distribution of common medicines through the health check up camp is being provided to the rural community. Apart from this the organization is creating awareness among the rural community on different levels of health services for living healthy life. About two thousand people have received health services offered by physician health workers and members of the organization  Two thousand people are benefited with the different health services through the camp. The poor and weaker   section of rural areas is well aware regarding the importance of health for leading healthy life at different levels. They are practicing healthy habits in the daily practices of life through the gained perception and awareness through the health check up camp.
6.   Formation and Training of SHGs In the present scenario, the women empowerment is a vulnerable issue in the most deprives section of rural society. The women of deprived section of the rural society are unaware and desensitize regarding their empowerment in the family and society. In the lacking of women empowerment, they are exploited in several ways in the family and society and they are socially and economically marginalized and they are deprived of several women rights for the integrated development. So, keeping this in mind the organization has formed 30 SHGs in the village namely Dhanuki, Panchayat sakraicha block Phulwarishariff district Patna Bihar. The organization has also formed 25 SHGs in the village namely Chandmari, block Danapur district Patna Bihar. The organization has also provided training to the members of SHGs for the smooth conduct of SHGs for the holistic development of the members of SHGs in socio- economic aspects so that they could establish themselves in the mainstream line of developmental rural society. The SHGs members have proper understanding of Group Management, Financial Management, and leadership quality. They are promoting   thrift and credit activities for income generation activities for the development of economic condition. Apart from this they are taking self decision in the family and social matter.   55 SHG (Self Help Groups) are smoothly working   for gaining socio-economic empowerment through thrift and credit activities. The SHG women are well aware and sensitized regarding the different issue of women empowerment for their integrated development in family and society. The SHGs members have proper understanding of Group Management, Financial Management, and leadership quality. Several SHGs women are gaining good income from income generation activities and playing an important role in the taking of economic decision in the family and society. They are also supporting their family in economic matter. They are self reliant in family and society regarding the issues of women empowerment through the platform of SHGs.
7.   LiteracyProgammeAbout one hundred people were educated and made literate by the instructor, social workers, staffs and members of the organization by the Night schools “RATRI PATHSHALA” run by the organization. The aforesaid pogramme receive good response in the programme areas and was praised by the local people and government officials. This year, the organization did some expenses on purchase of slates, blackboards, pencils, exercise books and other educational materials out of donation received from general public and income derived from production unit.   Awareness created among the rural community regarding the importance of literacy. They are getting the literacy through the conduct of RATRI PATHSHALA and getting benefits of literacy in daily practices of life. They are also discussing the importance and benefit of literacy among the rural community. The education materials such as slates, blackboards, pencils, exercise books distributed by the organization have motivated them regarding the literacy. This programme of the organization has created educational environment among the rural community on the importance and value of literacy in the daily practices of life.
8.   Vocational Training ProgrammeThe organization is providing vocational educational in different trades. This is one of the main sources of income of the organization. About one hundred Eighty Four rural women and girls were benefited this year by the centre. It has been started with a view to generate employment opportunities to the rural people. However, steps are being taken to approach government, officials and departments for sanction of grant- in-aid for the aforesaid programme. So that this can be carried on a mass scales.  One hundred Eighty Four rural women and girls are benefited with the vocational training programme and they are gaining good income through the adoption of different trades in their life for self economic independency. The vocational training prpogramme has created positive environment among rural women and girls for becoming self economic reliant in the life to fulfill their different requirements for better life leading.
9.   Rural development programme The Rural development Programmes are being implemented by the Govt. for the holistic development of the rural people. The organization has created awareness and sensitization among the rural people regarding the different Govt. pogrammes being implemented for the Rural Development such as Women empowerment pogramme, MNREGA, PDS, Mid Day Meal, Janani and Bal Suraksha Yojana, immunization and vaccination programmes etc. The rural people are benefitted with the entitlements of Rural Development Programme in the working areas of the organization.  Awareness and sensitization created among the rural people regarding the different Govt. scheme being implemented for the rural development at different level. Several rural people are benefited with the Govt. entitlement such as Women empowerment pogramme, MNREGA, PDS, Mid Day Meal, Janani and Bal Suraksha Yojana, immunization and vaccination programmes etc.The organization is facilitating with the rural people regarding communication with the PRIs members, Govt. Officials pertaining to the different Govt. schemes entitlements. This programme ha motivated to the rural people regarding their rights of different Govt. entitlements for the betterment of their life.
10.   Youth Welfare and Sports ProgrammeFor the promotion of youth welfare and sports, the organization conducts training programmes and different games every year.  This activity has created awareness and positive attitude among the rural youth community regarding the importance and value of youth welfare and sports programme.As the result the interest of youth community has increased regarding their welfare and enhancement of talent through this programme.Several youth have also participated in District and state level  sports programme by the motivation of the organization.
11.   Women Empowerment ProgrammeThe organization has conducted Women Empowerment Programme with the help of some experts and trained persons who are associated with our organization in different villages. The experts and trained persons educated them on the different issues of women empowerment such as women rights, protection of women from domestic violence, prevention of human trafficking, women exploitation in family and society, prevention of early child marriage, gender discrimination and gender disparity, girls education etc.  The women are well aware and sensitized regarding their different rights fir their dignified life in family and society. They are actively working against domestic violence, prevention of human trafficking, women exploitation in family and society, prevention of early child marriage, gender discrimination and gender disparity. The women are also motivating the women and girls of the society regarding the importance of as women rights and girls education. As the result of this activity several women have solved the issues of women exploitation at different levels in the intervention villages of the organization. The women are also motivating and encouraging other women of the society regarding the women rights at different levels in family and society for the welfare and honour of the women community.
12.   Agriculture and Horticulture Agriculture and Horticulture are the main occupation of rural farmers for income generation. The most poor, small and marginal farmers are totally depended on agriculture and horticulture for the income generation and livelihood. The organization has created awareness and sensitization among the poor, small and marginal farmers for the promotion of agriculture and horticulture practices so that their livelihood could be secured and increased. The organization’s efforts in this regard have benefitted to 180 poor, small and marginal farmers in Dhanuki village of Phulwarishariff block and Chandmari village of Danapur block of Patna district of Bihar. The poor, small and marginal farmers are actively involved in agriculture and horticulture practices in Phulwarishariff and Danapur block of Patna district of Bihar The poor, small and marginal farmers are actively involved in the promotion of agriculture and horticulture activity for income generation and for securing the livelihood. This activity of the organization has capacitated 180 poor, small and marginal farmers at different levels of agriculture and horticulture practices. As the result of this activity of the organization the farmers community is gaining good income through the practice of agriculture and horticulture activity promotion and securing their livelihood. They are also gaining good income for the enhancement of their lifestyle at different levels through the practices of agriculture and horticulture.
13.   Development Programme Development is a continuous process for the upliftment of human beings. The organization has conducted development programme for the awareness and sensitization building among the most marginalize community of Phulwarishariff and Danapur block of Patna district of Bihar. The organization has conducted SHGs, Vocational training and women welfare programmes for the up gradation of rural men and women in Phulwarishariff and Danapur block of Patna district of Bihar. By this effort of the organization, the life style of men and women of Phulwarishariff and Danapur block of Patna district has developed.  Awareness and sensitization among the rural people has increased regarding the different Govt. development schemes being implemented by the Govt. at District, block and Panchayat levels. The rural people have proper understanding and perception regarding Indira Awas Yojana, Mid Day Meal, MNREGA, Jannani and Bal Surakska Yojana, Handicapped People Welfare Programme, PDS Programme etc. Apart from this women and Girls are well aware and sensitized regarding the importance and role of SHGs and vocational training for self economic reliant in family and society for changing in their life style. Several rural people have also imparted in the vocational training programme for becoming self economic independent for their bright future. This activity of the organization has created positive and motivational environment among the rural community regarding the different levels of development programme.
14.   Environmental Awareness ProgrammeEnvironmental awareness is a very important issue among the rural community for the safety of life and environment. In this regard the organization has conducted environment awareness programme in the villages of Phulwarishariff and Danapur block of Patna district of Bihar. The organization has created awareness among the rural people regarding the role and importance of environment for leading healthy life. The organization has developed clear perception and understanding among the rural community how to keep clean the environment and how to follow the steps of keeping the environment clean. The rural community of the aforesaid block is practicing the safety behavior of keeping the environment clean. Positive awareness and sensitization have been created among the rural community regarding the environment awareness at different levels to maintain their surrounding clean and safe for leading the healthy life for better health status. Different steps of keeping up the environment clean at home, community and society level are being maintained by the rural community as the result of the environment awareness programme of the organization.
15.   Seminar/Workshop
To aware and draw attention of the community, seminars/Workshop have always played an important role. That is why this organization regularly organizes such type of seminars/workshop to mobilize the public opinion against social evils and to reorient the existing institutions and organization in order to protect the interest of needy, deprived and the poor. Four seminars/workshop were organized by the organization This activity of the organization has mobilized the people against different social evils and how to take the preventive measures against them. Needy, poor and deprived section of the rural society has been motivated to keep their views and opinions regarding the social evils highly prevailed in the rural society and their bad effects in the society. This activity of the organization has provided them a platform to provide them a chance to present their problems emerged from the social evils and how to remove them from family and society. The views and opinions of the experts participated in the seminar and workshop has created positive awareness among them regarding different social evils as well as has reoriented the several institutions and organizations for working for the protection of needy, deprived and the poor community of the society.
16.   Tobacco Control Programme  
    The organization with the technical support of PSI (Population services International} New Delhi is conducting Tobacco Control Programme in the district of Patna Bihar. The main objective of this programme is to make Patna smoking free zone. Awareness meetings conducted in the village Dhanuki, Panchayat Sakraicha, block Phulwarishariff of Patna district of Bihar and in Chandmari village of Chandmari Panchayat, block Danapur of Patna district of Bihar. During the awareness meeting awareness created among the villagers on different aspect of the bad effects of the uses of Tobacco products and how much the use of tobacco products cause the cancer among the people. Apart from this sinazes regarding the prohibition of Tobacco products have been distributed among the tobacco, cigerate, betel leaf shop, Govt. and non Govt. institution, school, colleges as well as public places in several areas of Patna district of Bihar. With the support of Patna Police the challans against the cigarete smokers in the public places have been issued and fine has been charged on them. Apart from this the challans have also been issued against that tobacco, cigerate, betel leaf shops, Govt. and non Govt. institutions schools, colleges where the sinazes have not been found and fine has been charged on them by Patna Police. Near about 2000 thousand sinazes have been distributed among the tobacco, cigerate, betel leaf shopkeepers, Govt. and non Govt. institutions, schools, colleges as well as public places in several areas of Patna district of Bihar. This activity of the organization is creating positive awareness among the general people against the bad effects of the uses of tobacco products. This activity of the organization has created awareness and sensitization among the tobacco products sellers against the bad effects of selling of the tobacco products to the people. The legal aspects of the different acts of COTPA have been disseminated among the tobacco product sellers as well among the general mass. The police have also been motivated to take legal action against the smokers who smoke at the public places and make harms to the health of the people who are not smoker. Awareness meeting regarding this has created positive and motivational environment among the rural community regarding the bad effects and emerging diseases of tobacco products consumption. As the result of this activity near about 2000 sinazes have been pasted in tobacco, cigerate, betel leaf shop, Govt. and non Govt. institution, school, colleges as well as public places in several areas of Patna district and has disseminated the  created the awareness among the general mass at large scale. This activity of the organization has motivated to the general people against the consumption of tobacco products as well as has developed perception and knowledge regarding the different diseases being caused by the tobacco products consumption.
